Search Tips
Adjacency Words in quotes are searched together as a phrase.
Example: United States Supreme Court
Wildcards Use wildcard symbols to truncate search terms. Terms may be right-hand truncated using an asterisk. Use a single * to truncate from 1-5 characters. Use a double asterisk ** for open-ended truncation.
Examples: environment* polic*, wom?n, comput**
Boolean Operators Use "and" or "or" to specify multiple terms in any field in any order. Use "and not" to exclude words. Parentheses group words together when using Boolean operators. "And" is the catalog default.

Example: America within 3 econom*
Grouping Keyword search results are usually grouped by relevance to bring the most likely titles to the top of the list. Each group represents a similar level of relevance and results are sorted within the group by date or title.
