Student Computing & Printing

Information about the software and services available for students, staff, and faculty at the library.

Student-Use Computers

The library provides computers for student, staff and faculty academic use throughout the building.

  • Eating food is not permitted while using library computers; drinks in closed containers are allowed.
  • Students and university employees must log in with their OneID username and password to use the computers.
  • The computers are for academic use only; we maintain a list of all the programs and applications available.

Student Printing

Printing release stations are available on the Lower Level and First Floor of the library.

  • Your AggieONE ID card is required to print; printing is tied to your AggieONE ID login on the computer.
  • Printing is unfortunately not currently available for university employees or library guests.
  • The library currently does not offer color printing or FAX services.

Guest Computers

The library maintains a set of computers for library guests who are unaffiliated with the university to use to access our research and scholarly materials.

  • Guests must provide a valid form of ID (ex. drivers license, student ID, etc.) to use a guest computer.
  • Guests are limited to a maximum of two hours of computer time each day.
  • Printing is currently not available to guests.
